About the Program
Organizations today face unprecedented pressure to transform. Whether driven by major strategic shifts, post-merger integrations, structural reorganizations, or the profound operational waves of artificial intelligence, traditional change models are increasingly reaching their limits.
Linear, rigid roadmaps and top-down blueprints often create an illusion of control, leaving underlying organizational cultures, leadership behaviors, and daily patterns of collaboration untouched. Genuine transformation requires senior leaders and transformation architects to look beyond fixed plans. It demands that you acknowledge complexity, embrace emergence, and shift from simply controlling change to actively navigating it.
Navigating Transformation bridges academic excellence with real-world transformation practice. Rather than treating transformation as a checklist of isolated tools, this program operates on a deeper level focusing on the cultural, psychological, and systemic dimensions that ultimately determine whether a transformation succeeds.

Program Content
During this opening session, participants are welcomed, introduced to their learning teams, and given a comprehensive program overview alongside prework assignments like the Leaders Talk podcast.
Participants explore organizational basics, diagnostic frameworks, and strategic design principles while working in small groups on a live client case and engaging in a fireside chat on transformation risks.
This module focuses on the interactive application of core models from Transformation 101 to the live client case through continuous small-group collaboration.
Leaders dive into advanced transformation design, present their team approaches back to the external client guest for feedback, and reflect on applying these lessons to their own organizations.
