During this intensive 3-day program for experienced professionals, you will gain profound insights into your leadership approach, investigating critical team dynamics to grasp the strategic impact of leadership at the organizational level.
Through 360-degree feedback, interactive exercises, role-playing, computer simulations, real-world case studies, peer coaching, and dynamic discussions, you will refine your core leadership strengths.
Program Content
This high-performance leadership course runs over three days. You will experience learning through practice-oriented and hands-on methodologies such as: interactive exercises, role-plays, computer simulations, real-world case studies, peer coaching, and dynamic discussions. If you are interested, you can take part in a 360-degree leadership feedback assessment with an additional 60-minute Zoom session that enables you to fully understand and address the findings in your leadership assessment report.

- Distinguishing power from influence: Learn when and how to effectively use power and when to use your influence.
- Influence mastery: Practice nine proven influencing tactics and explore seven irrational tactics.
- Minority opinion impact: Develop strategies for influencing while advocating for a minority opinion.

- Leveraging diversity and trust: Maximize the potential of network diversity and build trust-based relationships.
- Stakeholder mapping: Identify key stakeholders and strategize how to strengthen your connections.
- Mastering stakeholder dynamics: Effectively navigate the intricate dynamics of stakeholder management.
