The Digital CFO Program is designed for CFOs and senior finance leaders who want to shape the future of their companies’ finance functions. You will explore how digital technologies redefine decision-making, control, and value creation in finance. Leading academics, PwC experts, and experienced CFOs will share concrete applications, lessons learned, and perspectives on the latest trends and technologies - how AI can be applied to generate efficiency gains and measurable business impact.

Today’s CFOs are strategic business partners focused on value creation and innovation. In interactive seminar sessions, conducted by WHU in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), you will:
- Understand the digital CFO operating model of the future
- Analyse the current status of your company’s finance function
- Design a digital roadmap tailored to your organization
- Learn how to make effective use of digital tools, in particular LLMs and other forms of AI
- Redesign and automate processes, for leaner, more agile performance
- Exchange perspectives with CFO peers, PwC experts and WHU Faculty about the challenges and success factors of digital transformation
