The following steps illustrate how we work together with our clients in developing and executing Customized Programs.
CLIENT & WHU: Co-creation of program design
First, we assess our client’s specific needs and strategic priorities. Jointly, we develop program goals that are in line with the client’s overall strategy. Depending on the program contents, we choose a Faculty Director and assign faculty who will teach in the program. Program design starts with drafting an initial program outline. Together with our client and the Faculty Director, we then fine-tune the curriculum and finalize program guidelines and contents.
WHU: Introduction, In-class or virtual or hybrid seminar facilitation
CLIENT: Date Scheduling in accordance with WHU, Participant Nomination, Participation of Top Executives in the seminar and/or social events
Beyond our aim to design and deliver excellent programs tailored to your unique needs, we are committed to delivering a high-quality service level to both clients and their employees taking part in the programs.
Quality and impact are of utmost importance for us. Therefore, we pursue a comprehensive evaluation during and after the program and offer a debriefing meeting with the Faculty Directors and other faculty involved in the program.

Teamwork is often more efficient than entrusting tasks or large projects to single managers. We believe in team effort and in a joint learning experience to amplify the program's impact. Therefore, we offer special conditions for companies who would like multiple employees to participate in one of our Open Programs.

WHU’s goal of providing new direction to German business and management education is spread across two locations, Vallendar and Düsseldorf. Our Bachelor (BSc), Master (MSc), Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA, and Doctoral programs take place in Vallendar, while our Full-Time MBA, Part-Time MBA, and Executive Education programs are held in Düsseldorf. Customized Programs can be both delivered in Düsseldorf and Vallendar or at a location of your choice.
